2. Terms and conditions of submitting artwork to ArtEnthu
You are prohibited to upload poronography, nudity, violence, racism or copyright violations artwork to ArtEnthu. ArtEnthu is not responsible for any violation of its terms. You are informed that artwork viewed publicly should not be used for profits in any form (downloading the artwork or screen shot of artwork or in any other form).
3. Copyright
The website and content are protected by copyright laws, and belong to ArtEnthu. The copyrights on the website are owned by ArtEnthu. You may download or reprint Content for non-commercial, non-public, personal use only. You may not alter images or other Content on the website.
Artwork submitted to ArtEnthu is the copyright of the artist. You may not claim ownership or copyright any artwork that is derivative of other users or may not claim ownership to any artwork that violates any copyright laws. Submit original artwork and may resell, or reproduce your artwork in anyway. By submitting the artwork to ArtEnthu, you give permision to reproduce this artwork on digital or paint media for marketing to ArtEnthu. ArtEnthu may reproduce your artwork without limitation online or print or video for the purpose of promoting ArtEnthu.com this include publishing books, calendar, postcards, posters, online advertising, or any marketing/advertising material. ArtEnthu reserve the right to profit from these marketing materials but will not create any such material for profit.
4. Competition
ArtEnthu reserve the right to forfeit, change, rollback or cancel the results of the competition for any given reason at any point of time. ArtEnthu strives for fairest system but does not in anyway guarentees the winning of artwork. ArtEnthu relies on automated program which depends on the ratings received from all kinds of users.
Top two artwork will get certificate & prizes provided there are atleast 10 enteries in that category.
5. Themes or Topics
Each theme or topic has it own rules in additions to these terms and conditions. Themes or topics are open to all registered users. Any artwork submitted to ArtEnthu will be considered void if found to be violating any terms and conditions or rules for the theme or topic. ArtEnthu reserve the right to accept or reject the artwork submitted for theme or topic. Every theme or topic winners will be intimated via mail and announcement would be published on the ArtEnthu.com. For our category of little ones and school children the prize will awarded to the parent or legal guardian of the winner. ArtEnthu reserves the right to change or add rules at any time for any theme or topic. ArtEnthu will not be responsible due to upload issue or availability of services that limit access to ArtEnthu. All users must accept to abide by the terms and conditions of ArtEnthu and rules specified for theme or topic.

You are prohibited from using any of the trademarks or logos used on our website without permission from ArtEnthu.
7. Downloading Files
ArtEnthu cannot and does not guarantee or warrant files available for downloading through the websites will be free of defects.
